Merit Badge Counselor Master List

Currently, I direct you to use Scoutbook for the current list of counselors in your area.  If you do not see a counselor for that specific merit badge, please contact me.

We have seen from time to time that when Scoutbook updates, the merit badges that you signed up for are not listed.  If this happens, please email me so I can inform the Council.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the rechartering process

Yours in Scouting,

Robert Kirby, Carroll District Dean of Merit Badges
