District Venturing Officers Association (DVOA) Meeting

     These meetings are usually held the second Monday of each month at 7:30 pm at Columbia Academy Elementary School, 10350 Old Columbia Road, Columbia, MD 21046.

     August 9, 2021 ONLY Roundtable will be virtual via ZOOM.  Otherwise all Roundtables will be hybrid, i.e. in-person meeting with a ZOOM option.  Contact the Key 3 form meeting connection information.

     MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR THE IN-PERSON COMPONENT REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS.

     Roundtables are great adult fun and good preparation time for your Scouting activities. We share ideas, answer questions, and get the latest on fun activities for our Scouts and adults.  We try the songs and ceremonies and get the latest announcements.  Most valuable of all, it is a welcome place for leaders to share their experiences and to pick up new ideas.

     Note that there is usually no July meeting.  May Roundtables may be held in conjunction with the Program Launch event (which is usually at a different venue).  Please refer to those calendar dates for specific details and venues.
