Who can attend? - Registered Cub Scouts, ages 6 to 11.
Want to Volunteer? A successful week of Day Camp depends on a corps of more than 100 youth and adult volunteers. We need Youth Camp Counselors and Den Chiefs, who are registered Venturers or Scouts. If you are interested, get permission from your Crew Advisor or Scoutmaster and your parents, then click the Youth Staff registration link below to get started. You will earn service hours toward your high school graduation requirement.
We also need adult volunteers, at least 18 years old, who can serve as den leaders or program staff. If you have a camper, this is a great way to earn discounts on registration fees. If you are interested, please contact the camp director or program director at CarrollDistrictDayCamp@gmail.com for more information, or, click on the Adult Volunteer registration link below to get started.
Registration Opens December 15, 2019!

Adult Volunteers Defined:
5 Day Den/Station Leader: Den leader responsibilities include checking in the campers, escorting the assigned Den to the different Program activities, supporting team building within the Den, encouraging individuals to do their best and to respect each other, and providing positive redirection/discipline (when necessary) while maintaining responsibility over the campers throughout the day. This option will provide a free camper registration.
5 Day Assistant Den/Station Leader or Part Week Adult Volunteer: As an adult volunteer, you will help with a den or at a station during the course of the week. If you are available as a 5 day (full week) volunteer, camper registration is reduced to $65. If you are not able to join us all week, you will get a discount of $25 per day.
Adult Partner: If you prefer to be with your camper and have no responsibility for other camp duties, please register as an Adult Partner. This option does not provide a discount on the camper registration, but will allow you to be with your camper all week. This option is required for Tigers, as they are required to have a Tiger Partner with them.

Registration Information
Please ensure the following steps are completed to process camp registration. Camper tuition depends on the date this packet is submitted to Camp Staff, not just the date of the online registration.
It is suggested that each unit select a Pack Coordinator. This person would collect paperwork from parents and ensure it is submitted to camp staff timely. However, parents are welcome to submit paperwork on their own. Camp staff will not reach out to Pack Leadership to obtain copies of medical forms; it is the parent’s responsibility to provide that to Camp Staff.
