The Family Scouting (in Cub Scouting) Discussion will be held this Sunday, January 14th, at 5:00pm at Columbia Academy (where Roundtables are held).  Please join us for the most current updates to the Cub Scouting program - all are welcome!

As you may already know, BSA has approved a plan to invite girls into Cub Scouting starting in 2018.  The formal start of girls being able to join Cub Scouts is fall 2018; however, there has been so much interest in starting sooner that the BSA has initiated a Family Scouting “Early Adopter” program.  This program will allow girls to join girl-only dens as early as January 15th, 2018, and is only available to qualified packs in Councils that opt-in to the “Early Adopter” program.

GOOD NEWS: The Baltimore Area Council has opted-in to the “Early Adopter” program!
MORE GOOD NEWS: Cub Scout Packs have three options with respect to Family Scouting participation!

Please join us as we discuss these options and hold a Q&A regarding the updates to the Cub Scout program.
