Degree Requirements 

Attendance Award
Must be a registered Scouter
* Register on line, or via regular mail for the University of Scouting
* Go to the University and sign in at the registration table
* Go to all seven (7) classes and sign the Sign In sheet in each classroom

Bachelors Degree
* Go to all seven (7) classes and sign the Sign In sheet
* Complete the one page form required for a Bachelors Degree
* Go to the Registration area at the end of the day and get a Dean, or the   
   Chancellor to sign the form

Masters Degree
* Attend the University a second year and again go to all seven (7) classes and sign the Sign In sheet
* Have already completed the requirements for a Bachelors Degree
* Have earned the Arrowhead Honor or a Key for your position or the Training Award for your position
* Recruit one new Scouter to Scouting or to a new position in Scouting
* Go to the Registration area at the end of the day and get a Dean or the Chancellor to sign the form

Doctorate Degree
* Have already completed the requirements for a Masters Degree
* Have a total of twenty five (25) credits
* Recruit a second new Scouter to Scouting or to a new position in Scouting
* Satisfactory performance of your position
* Completion of the non credit class 510 for the approval of your Doctoral Project, Thesis or Research Paper
* Completion of three (3) of the 600 level Doctoral classes
* Procure all appropriate signatures on the application
* Complete your approved Project, Thesis or Research Paper and turn it into to the Dean of the Doctoral Program before January 1st

Project, Thesis, or Research Paper
* Completion of three (3) of the 600 level Doctoral classes
* Procure all appropriate signatures on the application
* Complete your approved Project, Thesis, or Research Paper and turn it into to the Dean of the Doctoral Program before January 1st

Fellow Award
* Completed the requirements for and received the Doctorate Degree from Baltimore Area Council
* Take an additional fifteen (15) credits for a total of forty (40)
* Develop a syllabus for a new class and teach that class at the University of Scouting
* Complete the application form with all signatures prior to January 1st
