If it’s not broken, Break it! Is your Unit guilty of doing the same thing, the same way, with the same people in the same positions? Many Scouting Units fall into the, “If its not broke, don’t break it” trap, but interjecting (managing) change in your unit can have dramatically positive results: increased membership, better fund raising, more enthusiastic volunteers, and a better unit program.
This interactive session will explore:
The course of complacency: What’s holding you back?;
Habits and patterns: Building up an intolerance for change;
Change habits: Breaking some eggs to make positive changes;
Comfort zones: Helpful and Hurtful;
Putting it all together: Change in your Scouting Unit.
