Our most important job as Cub Scout leaders is to prepare our boys for Boy Scouting. Learn how to assist your Scouts and their parents in making the most important transition in their Scouting career. Emphasis is on the Arrow of Light requirements for Webelos and how to find the “right” Troop for each Scout.
