As announced last week, we are currently working on an upgrade to the permissions settings for administrators. We have made them more granular so that roles can be assigned for event management, reports and other system features. Grow Revenue: Use the Upsell Category
A powerful feature of Doubleknot is the use of event categories to classify your events and suggest other like-events for your constituents to sign up for. A prompt will appear after the completion of a registration that says, "You Might Also be Interested In", followed by a list of those like-events. Here's the three steps to enable this feature:
- Create categories by going to Manage Events -> Utilities -> Manage Categories.
- Associate your events to Categories on the Edit Event page by setting the Category dropdown (there are 3 of them).
- Set the Upsell Category dropdown on the Edit Event page. The upsell prompt will now appear after all registrations for this event.
In September, we released a new version of our Newsletter feature (watch video), which is part of everyone's subscription.
