In conjunction with the Northeast Region of the Boy Scouts
of America, the Baltimore Area Council is proud to
host this course for the premier adult training experience
that the program has to offer.  
 
A course has been held, usually in the fall, every year since 1969.  Since 2011, the Baltimore Area Council has been 
offering two courses per year - one in the spring/summer
and one in the fall.
