| In 2009, popcorn sales helped
to financially support... Improvements to Broad Creek Memorial Scout Reservation including an increase in the number of camp staff to provide better program and a new camp truck. The expansion of the Scout Shop with two additional locations to provide better service to the council's members. Improvements to council-wide communications including a redesign and improvement of the Area Scouter and the establishment of an E-Area Scouter.
