PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE PRIOR TO REGISTERING

Who can attend?  - Registered Cub Scouts, ages 6 to 11. 

Want to Volunteer? A successful week of Day Camp depends on a corps of more than 100 youth and adult volunteers.  We need Youth Camp Counselors and Den Chiefs, who are registered Venturers or Boy Scouts.  If you are interested, get permission from your Crew Advisor or Scoutmaster and your parents, then click the Youth Staff registration link below to get started.  You will earn service hours toward your high school graduation requirement.  

We also need adult volunteers, at least 18 years old, who can serve as den leaders or program staff.  If you have a camper, this is a great way to earn discounts on registration fees.  If you are interested, please contact the camp director or program director at CarrollDistrictDayCamp@gmail.com for more information, or, click on the Adult Volunteer registration link below to get started.

 

Registration Closes June 15, 2019 at midnight, or when the maximum number of registrations are received.

*Free tuition available to the first 75 6-day volunteers. All Youth and Adult staff members are required to attend mandatory in person training. Failing to attend the training may result in a price adjustment, which will be due to camp prior to camper attendance.

**There will be an option to decide/pay for Friday Pizza/Rita’s and/or the WEBELOS Overnight during the week of camp if you are undecided at the time of registration. You may also edit the registration and add those options at any point before registration closes.


* Cancellation Policy: Payment is refundable before May 15, 2019.  Between May 16, 2019 and June 15, 2019, payment is 50% refundable due to the purchase of supplies.
 

Alternate Forms of Payment:  If you intend to use Baltimore Area Council Camp Vouchers or if your Pack intends to pay registration fees using pack funds, contact the camp directors at carrolldistrictdaycamp@gmail.com to coordinate payments prior to paying online.

Please ensure the following steps are completed to process camp registration. Camper tuition depends on the date this packet is submitted to Camp Staff, not just the date of the online registration

  1. Complete online registration
    1. Registration is waitlist, and will be finalized once camp staff received required documents
  2. Complete and gather required documents
    1. Youth
      1. BSA Medical Forms A and B (doctor signature not required unless medication will be at camp)
      2. Copy of Insurance Card
      3. If Registered for WEBELOS Overnight (These forms can be turned in during registration, but are not mandatory. If not turned in during registration, they must be turned in by 7/9/19)
        1. Farm Museum Camper Waiver (2 pages) 
        2. BSA Permission Slip (1 page)
    2. Adult
      1. BSA Medical Forms A and B (doctor signature not required unless medication will be at camp)
      2. Copy of Insurance Card
      3. Youth Protection Training Certificate 
      4. Any additional related training verification (not mandatory)
  3. Submit copies of the above paperwork to Camp Staff using any of these options
    1. Bring copies to turn in to Camp Staff at any of the following events

    2. ​​Contact camp staff to make alternate arrangements to get paper copies to camp staff. Medical forms can not be emailed.
  4. Once paperwork is received, camp staff will process the waitlisted registration. Account balance will be updated at that time.
  5. Login to your account and complete payment
Late fee
After 4/16/2019 a fee of $50.00 will apply to all Camper Registrants.
Cancellation Policy
You may use this site to change or cancel your registration at any time prior to the registration closing date. After registration closes you must contact the Camp Director at the "Contact E-mail" link above to cancel. Full refunds will be given if cancelled by May 15, 2019. 50% refunds will be given if cancelled prior to June 15, 2019 due to the purchase of supplies
