Attendance is open to all members of the Baltimore Area Council.  If you are unable to attend IOLS/BALOO through your own district, you are welcome to train with Harford.  The IOLS weekend is full of fun and fellowship as well as learning skills that are used in the great outdoors.

Remember, Scoutmaster fundamentals and IOLS training is required for all those who plan to be Assistant Scoutmasters or Scoutmasters.  BALOO is required for Cub Scout leaders who plan to take their cubs or Webelos on outings.
