Red Cross Training Opportunities

The right answer could help you save a life.  With an emphasis on hands-on learning, our First Aid/CPR/AED courses give you the skills to save a life.The Baltimore Area Council offers the following American Red Cross training courses.

First Aid

Learn how to respond to common first aid emergencies, including burns, cuts, head, neck, and back injuries, and more. Pediatric option available.

CPR/AED

Learn how to resond to cardiac and breathing emergencies in adults, including the use of automated external defibrillators (AED). Adult and pediatric options available.

Wilderness & Remote First Aid

Designed for Scouts, Venturers, and their leaders, and anyone who works or spends time in remote environments, the course teaches advanced skills to be used in emergencies when professional help may be far away.  Based on the Boy Scouts of America Wilderness First Aid Curriculum and Doctrine Guidelines, this course aligns with OSHA's Best Practices for Workplace First Aid Training Programs.
