Zoo Atlanta Chooses Doubleknot for its Education Program Online Registration Technology

ATLANTA, GA – Zoo Atlanta’s education experts (www.zooatlanta.org) have selected Doubleknot (www.doubleknot.com), a leading provider of software and services to zoos and other non-profit organizations, for its online registration technology for its kids and family education programs, school and group programs and field trips, and adult learning courses.

“We found Doubleknot’s tools to be both extremely flexible and cost-effective for our wide range of offerings” says Stacy Graison, Director of Education, Zoo Atlanta.  After an extensive product comparison, Doubleknot was selected by Zoo Atlanta based on its comprehensive solution offering and experience with other Zoological organizations.  “We are confident Doubleknot has the software and support to help us with our education software needs” continued Graison.

Zoo members and guests will be able to register for camps and other events, book a ZooMobile, classroom program or field trip, submit emergency contact and other vital information, and securely pay online. Zoo staff can manage registration and financial data as well as keep registrants informed about program details and changes via Doubleknot’s built-in broadcast email tool.

“We are extremely pleased to be selected by another world-class zoo,” stated John Rees, President of Doubleknot. “Atlanta joins our growing client list in cities such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Ft. Worth and New Orleans who are processing thousands of transactions in a secure and reliable manner using our technology.”
