Thurgood Marshall District has a new Webmaster in town!  Email Fred Miller ( with your suggestions and your input. We do need input from all leaders and Scouts. We also need alternate Web developers so that the site is always maintained.  I would be happy to train a Scout to be a Webmaster.

  • Send me your Unit Info so I can add it to the link in the left panel.
  • Send me your Unit activities so that they can be included on the District Calendar
  • Send me photos to include in the District Gallery.

New Website for Scout Alumni

Welcome Back to Scouting!  We're happy to find you!

Remember those days of your youth – the hiking, camping, and swimming with friends? Learning new skills and just having fun! Today’s young men and women need those same experiences to develop into tomorrow’s leaders – in some ways, more than ever – and you can help! Click on the headline for more information

Service Hours Reporting

Units should log service hours via the Scoutbook redirect when they click "Activity Logs" (under either the individual or 'Quick Entry') or directly in Internet Advancement 2.0.

Adult Leader Training

Three Steps to Becoming a Trained Leader

1. Setup a My.Scouting Account: Visit My.Scouting and create an account. Once you have an account, you can access online training

2. Take Youth Protection Training: The Boy Scouts of America places the greatest importance on creating the most secure environment possible for our youth members. BSA Youth Protection

3. Position Specific Training: The BSA Learning Center is at My.Scouting. Select your position and a learning plan will be created for you. The plan includes modules that are designed to allow you to complete them at your own pace.
